When they were delivered 2 of the seats (I ordered 2 sets) one on each set was torn around the tacks. I contacted the company then and within a week they had replaced both seats. They look great. My husband re enforced the screws with glue while putting them together after reading the other comments about the screws becoming loose. We are very pleased so far!
We had to purchase hardware to finish putting one of them together because it was cut right. Other than that, they are ok. The price was right.
Great price good style. Soft wood. Easy to assemble.just needed help to get it tight. Was as stated on web sight.
Were out of stock but arrived sooner than promised, assembled in minutes (eight bolts per chair), and looked as pictured. Seats not as cushy as more expensive models but comfortable nonetheless. Also, some cushier chairs have slick surfaces that can make you feel as if you're sliding off (because you are sliding off).
The stools are a great buy for the price. The assembly was easy. The Allen key that came with it was not good but I used one from my tool kit. The stools swivel a little too freely and the bottom have that plastic pin that makes them glide on carpet. If you have wooden floor like I do, you might want to remove them and put rubber non skid grips.
