I live in a fairly small 2 bedroom apartment and wanted something that covered all my bases for a bar cart.-The top: For my bar mat and mixing utensils with enough room to make a drink. Also a tiny drawer for bottle openers, wine stops, aerator, and other small things.-The middle: On the left, wine bottle storage. Not enough storage for the heavy wine drinker, but enough for me. On the right, wine glass storage and more shelf space.-The bottom: Plenty of space in the cabinet and bottom shelf for any and all the liquors you have!Lastly, I wanted it to be mobile. Since this is on wheels I can wheel it over to my living room when in use or even the common areas in my apartment building when I entertain. I definitely recommend this bar cart if you think any of your needs align with mine.
You know most living arrangements are small throughout the united states. When your young, living space is limited and when you get older, downsizing is important. So finding a liquor cabinet that is, beautiful, spacing saving, out of the way, and has plenty of storage was hard to find until now. This product fulfilled all of our needs: had to be small enough to be out of the way as not to detract from the rest of the beauty of the home, functional and spacious, beautiful when guest and us focused on it while making drinks, cost. Yep I recommend this to anyone. Now if you are looking for high quality products with similar features (made of all wood versus processed wood), this is is not for you. And you will probably not find it based on my searches. It will have to have it custom made if that is what you are looking for.
The good: Inexpensive. Lots of storage. Looks good from a distance. I assembled it by myself (would be easier and quicker with a second set of hands)The bad: particle board that will crumble/crack if you over tighten even a quarter turn. The color is much darker than the picture. Its closer to black than a medium/dark brown. The small screws need a very small screwdriver which requires alot of hand turning.
Very nice cart. I originally bought to put small kitchen appliances on as I had seen someone else do. That did not work for me. But, it is so pretty that I put it in the corner of my dining room and use the drawer and little door area for storage. Cookbooks etc. When I got it I had a friend come over and we laid all the parts out and did a check to make sure no damage and all parts were there. Did not take long to put together.
I just received this bar yesterday and put it together. It took me about two hours but I was also doing other things. All of the parts came in the box and the instructions were easy to read. Once it was put together, I arranged our various bar things on it and was very pleased with the overall look. It rolled very easily even with several heavy bottles on it. It is a very dark brown. This was the cheapest one I found so I was concerned about quality, but it is very heavy and well made.
